PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH CLASSIC NEWS


MOHNTON, Penn. (Oct. 14,2008) - At next weekend's Pennsylvania Dutch Classic at Maple Grove Raceway in Pennsylvania, officials will be trying out their new live TV coverage, broadcast in real time over the internet.

 

A camera will be positioned at the starting line showing all of the action as it takes place, adding another facet to their Live Timing feed showing all of the interval and elapsed times a racer receives. The on-track action starts on Thursday, October 23 and can be accessed by visiting http://www.maplegroveraceway.com/maplegrovetv.asp. The Live Timing can be accessed at http://www.1320go.com/maplegrove/livetiming.php.

 

The Dutch Classic is one of the oldest running independent series of races in the country. It now falls under the banner of NHRA National Opens, but it's been around since 1971.
